Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our payroll outsourcing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll processing for our SME clients, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and delivering accurate and timely payroll services
Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple SME clients - Ensure accurate computation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions - Maintain payroll records and employee data in compliance with regulations - Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS filings - Address client queries and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner - Stay updated on labor laws and payroll regulations to ensure compliance - Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits when necessary
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s / Masters degree in HR , Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1-5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing company - Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing payroll services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients, focusing on SMEs, and building strong customer relationships. If you have a passion for sales and an understanding of payroll and compliance solutions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential SME clients for payroll and compliance services - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals - Present and explain payroll solutions to prospective clients, addressing their business needs - Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business - Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales performance
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in payroll or HR services - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Familiarity with payroll and compliance regulations is a plus
